Baggage Policy of South Air

Free Baggage Allowance (As per Fare Paid)



  • One piece should not exceed 20 kgs


Hand Carry



  • Economy Class: Maximum 7 KG
  • Hand carry size: L 22" x W 15" x H 8" (Total 45 inches)
  • Compact size laptop is excluded from hand carry weight












Checked-in Baggage



  • Dimensions should not exceed 54 inches (L + W + H = 54).
  • Additional fees apply for all excess baggage @ Rs 280 per kg on all routes.
  • Baggage must not contain prohibited/dangerous articles.
  • Three fare types cover nil baggage, 20 kg, and 30 kg baggage allowance.
